The license
A JoyPointer Lifetime License is a one-time purchase of $22 that grants you, the purchaser, a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use JoyPointer on up to 3 Macs that you own or control. You may deactivate a Mac inside the app to free an activation for another Mac.
- All current features and all future updates to JoyPointer are included at no extra cost.
- A license key is required for the app to control the pointer. Keys are personal; do not share or resell them.
- You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or bypass the license check.
- HEG Inc. may disable keys that are shared publicly, resold, or obtained through fraud or chargeback.
Purchases and taxes
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record, which collects any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout and issues your receipt and license key by email. Your card statement will show a Lemon Squeezy descriptor.
Refunds
If JoyPointer does not work for you, email me@heg.wtf within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we will issue a full refund through Lemon Squeezy. Refunded license keys are disabled. We may ask what went wrong so we can fix it, but a refund does not depend on the answer.
Updates and support
Updates are delivered inside the app. Support is provided by email on a best-effort basis. HEG Inc. may discontinue updates in the future; any version you have installed keeps working with your license.
Warranty and liability
JoyPointer is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEG Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
